By connecting your Fanvue account to our application, you authorize us to retrieve, read, and process chat messages, user profiles, and metadata from your Fanvue inbox. We act as a Data Controller for this information under applicable data protection laws. This data is strictly used to provide you with inbox management, chat analytics, and automated response recommendations.
To provide AI-powered chat recommendations, message polishing, and fan analysis, your chat data is processed using Google Cloud AI services (Vertex AI). We utilize enterprise-grade, paid tiers of these services which legally guarantee that your private message data is not used by Google to train their foundational AI models. Your data is processed securely and is only retained in memory for the duration of the request.
We continually strive to improve our custom, in-house AI models. If-and only if-you explicitly opt in via your account settings, we may process your chat history to train and fine-tune our proprietary AI models.
Before any data is used for training, it undergoes a strict anonymization process. All Personally Identifiable Information (PII), including names, usernames, links, and contact information, is completely stripped from the text. The resulting anonymized conversational data is decoupled from your account and cannot be traced back to you or your fans.
We adhere strictly to data minimization principles. Raw chat messages fetched from Fanvue are stored in our secure database for a maximum of 7 days to facilitate active chat management, after which they are permanently deleted from our servers. You may revoke our access to your Fanvue data at any time via your account settings, which will trigger an immediate deletion of your synced data.
